Who we are.
Kazzi & Associates is a chartered accounting practice.
Chartered accountants uphold the highest ethical standards and must ensure their knowledge and skills remain current.
The designation can only be obtained through robust training, professional accreditation, and mentored experience.

Where we come from.
In 1989 Raymond Kazzi, had been the manager at Robert E Corben Pty Ltd for four or so years. In August that year, Raymond, and his brother Michael established Kazzi & Associates Pty Ltd, which acquired the accounting and tax arm of Robert E Corben Pty Ltd.
The practice operated from York St, Sydney until 1994, where it relocated to Concord. In 2008, Raymond acquired Michael’s interest in the practice to become its sole principal. During 2012, the practice relocated to Newington, its current location.
In 2021, Ziad Harb acquired an equity interest in the business. To facilitate this, Kazzi & Associates Pty Ltd rolled over its practice into HK Co Pty Ltd.

Raymond Kazzi
Director.
Ray founded the practice in 1989, and has been helping businesses remain compliant and solve their problems since.

Raymond’s experience stems back to the mid-eighties, where he initially worked for an insolvency practitioner before crossing into the world of business services where he has remained.
Day-to-day, Ray enjoys managing relationships. For Ray, it’s more than just about numbers, it’s about getting to the heart of every business and supporting their growth.
Raymond is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant, Registered Tax Agent, and Registered Company Auditor.
Out of the office, Ray has a few pastimes that help him unwind.
He finds tranquillity in fishing, a hobby that not only tests his patience but also allows him to bask in the serenity of nature.
Ray is also a keen golfer, and never misses an opportunity to holiday.
Ziad Harb
Director.
Ziad joined the practice in 2015 bringing with him robust experience across academia, industry, and practice.

He started his career in financial reporting, then ventured across to cost and management reporting, and even minor stints in academia.
Day-to-day Ziad helps our clients remain compliant.
He enjoys managing key relationships and is often found helping clients understand the story behind their numbers.
As a Chartered Accountant Ziad advises on the tax implications of expanding overseas, business restructures, and as a keen financial modeller, he often helps our business clients with major acquisitions and exits.
In the office Ziad enjoys dressing down, often found in shorts and a tee.
Out of the office Ziad enjoys good coffee, a sour beer or two, and the outdoors.
Aiko
Administration.
Aiko has been owning the admin function since 2022, ensuring that everything runs optimally. Aiko takes satisfaction in meeting our clients’ needs promptly and professionally.

Juviel
Accountant.
Juviel or Vhey as she’s better known by, brings more than two decades of experience, having joined the team in 2021.
