You can nominate us to become your ASIC agent. This way we can let you know of any ASIC obligations and declutter your PO Box.

We do this by:

• Processing address changes for your company’s directors and shareholders and relaying these to ASIC
• Sending your ASIC docs in electronic format, allowing you to view and e-sign them remotely
• Checking if you’ve paid your ASIC bill and reminding you if you haven’t

We can keep your company compliant for a flat $250 per year.
