Invoicing

We’re no different from any other business, to get paid we must invoice.

We have two invoicing models:

• In arrears
• As you go

Under the in arrears model, we invoice on completion of a job or service and expect payment by the due date mentioned on the invoice. Terms are usually 14 days. If you need more time, please let us know beforehand. This model is best suited for hourly rate jobs and fee for service jobs.

Under the as-you-go model, your annual commitment is worked out up front and spread over the coming year, resulting in a recurring monthly amount. To keep things ticking, we’ll get a direct debit going to collect the monthly payment. This model is best suited for fixed pack pricing, and to cover software subs.
