Onboarding

We use Seamlss to capture your information securely.

You’ll receive an email from us with prompts on how to share your information with us securely. Following the prompts takes you to Seamlss. Here you can share things such as your date of birth, tax file number, address, and bank account details for any tax refunds.

As part of onboarding, you’ll need to repeat this process for all other entities and businesses you control.

We’ll also need you to upload a picture of your drivers’ licence, but since 1 July 2023, the ATO is making us do proof of identity checks on all customers, both new and recurring.

We’ll also ask for your former accountant’s details. That way we can let them know that moving forward, we’ll be looking after you.

Finally, you’ll need to e-sign our engagement letter.
