Paying us

To ensure we get paid on time and in full, we give customers options when it comes to paying us.

Customers can pay us by:

• Bank EFT
• Credit card
• Direct debit

EFT is an online transfer of money from your bank account to ours. Can be a little risky, so make sure you check our bank details before making payment. We prefer getting paid this way because there are no transaction fees.

We use Stripe to collect credit card payments. We don’t do Amex or other exotic cards. We only accept Mastercard and Visa. Stripe charges us merchant fees and we on-charge these fees to you because you get the benefit or the interest-free days, and the points too 😂.

We use GoCardless to collect direct debit payments. We don’t on-charge direct debit fees, but where payments bounce, we will on-charge any dishonour fees.

We don’t take:

• Cash – we have a no-cash on premises policy
• Cheques – too much admin work involved
