Signing documents

We’ll get financials and tax documents across to you to e-sign using Annature.

You’ll get an email and text message to your mobile with links to the envelope requiring your e-signature.

Once you’ve clicked the link and are in the envelope, click the begin button to start the e-signing process. You’ll need to choose an e-signature and apply it to the required fields. Once done, you’ll be taken back to the top of the envelope, where you’ll be able to finish the process.

Once you’ve signed, we’ll be notified to sign the document at our end.

Once everyone has signed, you will be emailed a completed copy of the envelope with both your signature and ours. You don’t need to do anything further.
