Source documents
When providing support, we may need source documents from you.
If you’re a business, our preference is that you’re using an expense management app like Hubdoc to capture receipts and audit-proof your books.
If this isn’t the case because you’re not in business or just don’t use Hubdoc, then we prefer you email us a pdf of the requested.
Where you can’t scan receipts, please summarise them for us in a spreadsheet and get the spreadsheet across to us.
We’re not interested in shoe boxes filled with paper, as we don’t feel its value adding charging you time costs to scan in your docs. We’re also not auditing your receipts. But we need you to know that if you’re wanting to claim something, you should have the receipts on hand to support your claim just in case you’re audited.
