After we onboard you, a team member will review your file and reach out to you with queries to get the ball rolling. This could be in relation to your tax return, your BAS, etc.
Support queries are resolved by email and phone. You’re also welcome to touch base with us whenever. Every now and again, we may need you to come in to discuss more complex problems.
Team members will often ask you questions in tabular form, for clarity. They may also ask for source documents like bank statements, purchase docs, etc. as they’ll need these to prepare workpapers.
To maintain quality, all workpapers and work prepared by team members is reviewed by a director prior to it being sent across to you.
Once we’re ready to get the job across to you, we’ll generally contact you to let you know.
