Updating details

Keeping your details current is super important.

For example, ASIC penalise you if you don’t keep them in the loop about changes to your details, or the ATO might deposit your tax refund into an old bank account. But it’s also how we remain connected to you, for example, e-signing, circulating important messages, etc.

You’ve got to keep us in the loop about changes to your details. This includes changes to your:

• Name
• Address
• Occupation
• Bank details
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Spouse

Best way to notify us of the change is by email. You should email the accountant managing your file and cc a director. We’d probably follow up with a call to confirm.
